HELLO. I‘m Evelyne. I love to hang around Labs.
I am music and technology enthusiast, I believe they can serve humans and help grow full potential of communities. I am interested in human–computer interactions, and designing experiences that are engaging, putting the audience in touch and building awareness on how an artist process can scale into large scale experiences.
I also curate ideas, creative collaborators, content propositions, new approaches and partners in order to deliver new concept prototypes, designs and iterations that can adapt to opportunities and clients. In order to help support these collaborations, I founded MiniLab in 2012, a non–profit organization which sort of became an incubator for new works and interfacing startups, corporate bodies, and creatives.
Aside from having a quite notable career in music and event production under the moniker Dj Mini, I started developing multi-modal propositions with a collective of creative technologists under Axon Art Collective which explored experimental bio–hacking works. With Axon Art Collective, I investigated, co–designed and lead into production rapid prototypes to networks, mixed medias, across disciplines, in order to showcase contents research outside of Labs, Studios, and Universities and into the public.
GenieMob is my latest endeavour. Now considered a collective that includes artist–designers (sound, interactivity and games), special needs and educational designers, creative technologists (computer science and electrical engineering), a neurobiologist, a museologist, we are working with industry partners towards the same goal of creating a platform for creativity in tech appropriation.
